
Ashfall Protocol
A downloadable game for Windows
This is a story driven game created in 5 days for the Planet Game Jam. We went in with the idea of testing out some materials, coding and animations. We're a small 2 man indie studio where Lucas Medeiros is the main Developer for our code and John Bezerra is the visual designer, level designer and environment artist. We wanted to polish more, but there wasn't enough time unfortunately, so you'll have mostly simplified effects.
The player is Richard Ross. He had an argument with his colleagues, they claimed the planet was showing signs of life.
His colleagues decided to investigate a possible site where one of them had spotted a curious color. When they got there, it was amazing, life was sprouting from the ground, but the flowers were toxic and managed to get through their filters because of the temperature they were in (150C).
This toxin made them go insane and violent, they started fighting and decided to spread out in anger trying to get back to their senses, but it was too late.
System Requirements: 4gb GPU+, if our settings aren't enough for your PC, open the game folder and search for GameUserSettings.ini and replace to the following:

Some Computers will run better with DirectX 11, the setting is available at the end, just change from 12 to 11.
CAMERA SHAKE UNBEARABLE? Go to GameUserSettings and change CameraShake=True to False

Install instructions
Just extract and play. Open once and go to Settings to adjust to your PC, this is a game where High is for RTX only, but it was polished in performance for a 1050TI to run on low specs.
